Winter Skin Tips
It's very common for winter skin to become dehydrated.Most in door heat sources tend to recycle the air, which sucks the moisture out of your skin.
Winter skin also suffers from the dramatic change of climate from cold outside whether and the warm in doors. At this time of year I recommend a thicker/richer moisturizer to be used particularly at night. Don’t forget about the SPF for daytime.You don’t need to see sun to feel the effects of exposure to UVA and UVB rays.
Keep up the drinking and I mean water! Hot steaming beverages are cozy and comforting just match them with plain old H2O.
